Seven years have passed since the island nation of Genosha was liberated and consequently exploded by Magneto and his Brotherhood of Mutants, and what was once a ruined shell of a country has since blossomed into a prosperous and vibrant center of mutant culture and activity. From the streets of Hammer Bay to the shores of Carrion Cove, mutants from all around the world live and thrive under the benevolent but slightly ominous rule of Magneto and his Acolytes. But while the mutant community has grown and blossomed, so too have the factions that hate and fear it. Magneto would have you believe that Genosha is the only truly safe place for mutantkind--only time will tell how right he is.
